Hi @maerlantrobotica - nice to see you here. This means your motors cables/ports are not matching your setup. They are either flipped ledt/right or reversed. So instead of compensating, it will steer away even further, and then again, but worse and worse. So double check the cables or use the correct ports in your code. Instead of telling your students the answer right away, maybe this could be a fun learning opportunity. When something spins out of control, this is often a sign of a positive feedback loop. What is it? What feedback loops and variables are at play here? |

Thanks Laurens, being the teacher I am, letting the kids solve the problem is exactly what I did and the fact more than one came up with this option made me happy for the whole day. Indeed the tangled wires of the drive motors were reversed.
