It the battery low? I'm guessing not if you could still install firmware with the LEGO app. And usually if Windows doesn't work due to having a buggy Bluetooth adapter, Android usually works. So I'm not sure what else you could try. If you want to dig deeper, could log Bluetooth packets and we could have a look. See https://bleak.readthedocs.io/en/latest/troubleshooting.html#capture-bluetooth-traffic |

Thanks, no further investigations from my side, I quit the complete project meanwhile. |

Hi,
I'm trying to install the pybricks FW, on CityHub and TechnicHub it works as usual.
On MoveHub it always fails.
What I tried:
use another MoveHub
use Chrome instead of Edge on WIN11
use a tablet (Android)
but no success at all.
Here is the error:
NetworkError: Failed to execute 'getPrimaryService' on 'BluetoothRemoteGATTServer': GATT Server is disconnected. Cannot retrieve services. (Re)connect first with
device.gatt.connect.at D. (https://code.pybricks.com/static/js/main.1bf60dfd.js:2:1397636)

Any ideas? Thanks!
PS.: reinstalling LEGO FW works as usual via Powered Up app quite normal
