Hi,
Im new in Block mode with pybrick. So can i have some questions:

1. How can i work with file.
2. How can i use raw mode with color sensor
3. and the last is about tuple. Can i use it in block mode.

How can i work with file.

If you want to split code between files, you can write two files and then use the import block to share code.

If your goal is better color recognition, you can use color calibration. It works the same on SPIKE Prime.

You can measure the HSV values in block code. These are already obtained from the raw mode.

and the last is about tuple. Can i use it in block mode.

Yes, you can the list block. They work the same as tuples.

1. So we cant read, create, write file. and we can import a exist file
   2, i need raw mode when color in reflected light reading.ex: s2raw.read(4)[0]
2. I cant find how to create a new tuples. i just see the list block but how can i name for list. i want use more than one list in my program

You can mix blocks with Python to enable any functionality that isn't directly available as a block. Here is an example: https://pybricks.com/project/control-the-duplo-train/

For better color detection, it is still recommended to use the builtin calibration method. 🙂 No Python needed.

But if you really want to get the raw values, you can make a Python file called (for example) raw_python with the following contents:

from pybricks.iodevices import PUPDevice
from pybricks.parameters import Port

sensor = PUPDevice(Port.C)

raw_read = sensor.read

Then you can use it in blocks as follows:

That doesn't seem quite right. All the colors are almost black. Maybe your sensor is too far from the surface?

As far as multi-tasking goes, I'm not sure what's inside your PD move function. But why multitask it with a list?

i just have problem with pybrick app. This is so slow and crash when my program is so large.

Can you share the program that has this problem? You can download everything at once by clicking the backup option in the file menu.
