Installing firmware on spike hub, compatible device not found

Hello everyone, I want to ask for help. I used the data cable of the spike I bought to connect and downloaded the driver according to the tutorial. The flashing Bluetooth light is the same as in the tutorial. I also checked that the Bluetooth of my computer is adapted to low-power Bluetooth, but I can't find a compatible device. How to solve this problem?

The installation happens via USB, so Bluetooth is not used/relevant at this stage.

Are you getting the dialog with 'no compatible device' during firmware installation?

What color/symbol do you see on the Spike Prime hub when you turn it off and on again? Do you see a heart or a square?
