Firmware causes Spike to be unresponsive #2254

By unresponsive, you mean that there are no lights at all on the hub? I suggest to remove the battery and USB cable, then replace the battery and try to turn it on. If that doesn't work, then remove and replace the battery again, then hold the Bluetooth button, then reconnect the USB cable like you did for the firmware update. This should cause the hub to go back into the DFU bootloader mode and make the USB light flash red/green/blue/off. Then you should be able to try flashing the Pybricks firmware again or restore the original LEGO firmware. |

@dlech thanks for the quick response. Yes, no lights and no button reponse. Removing the battery, going directly into DFU bootloader mode and pushing firmware again was the fix. |

Just starting out with Pybrick and went to load firmware on the Spike Prime for the first time. Everything looked like it took just fine, but now the Spike is completely unresponsive. Button presses do not turn on the unit and I also cannot enter into the firmware update mode. It's a paperweight now... what can I do?
