The only thing that lit up on my spike prime hub after restoring it to official Lego firmware is the Bluetooth and on/off button. It makes no sound and no other buttons work i cant connect it using usb or bluetooth please help. |

It will restore the official SPIKE V2 firmware. You can update it to the latest version using the official SPIKE Prime app. It will ask you which color the main button is (white), and then you can follow the steps. |
