Help - First Time User!

Hello,
I am a first time user of Pybricks and have just worked out how to flash a hub (City Hub).

I have a small project that I want to test to see if Pybricks is for me. How hard would the Python code for my Powered up code be? Would anyone be able to knock up the code for me to try? (Very muck appreciated).

it is for a GBC build for a show this coming weekend.

This is a photo of the GBC build. It was 100% mechanical, with all functions controlled by a pneumatic valve bank. My plan is to use hubs to automate the control of the machine, starting with the ball turntable

I would recommend using the blocks if you're new to this. It would look very much like your Powered Up program.

Thanks. I have started to code, it seems pretty simple. How do I get the code to continually repeat?

For example the code in the picture is rapped in a "Forever" Block how do I get a program to cycle back to the start once it has completed a cycle? (without the repeat block which is has a defined number)

Yep after reading some it all made more sense (face palm moment).

That said I have the program functioning as it should mostly do but the the colour sensor seems to be senses all colour and activate the code. I set it to red or none (black) but other colours now run the code

By adding the other colours and removing "none" I can detect colours but it is not not consistent and each time it reads the physical LED light colours on the sensor flash (using the Boost colour sensor)

Another Update, It functions but it is at risk of miss reading and spinning the turntable early or late.

If you have any ideas as to why it is not reading the colour correctly that would be great. I did add the different readings to the results box for reference. The data is captured with it operating on the GBC module.

I do have a few push sensors which I might try which could improve reliability.
