Lego Spike doesn't connect anymore after firmware restore

Hello.
I tried your solution (pybrick). It's a litlle bit difficult to understand for my little boy so I decided to reinstall the Lego Firmware and I follow all the step for that (on windows 11 Laptop).
Unfortunatly, my hub is not reconized anymore by the Lego app, neather in bluetooth, neather in USB.
Can you help me ?

What lights do you see on the hub? Is it a white light on the hub button after restoring?

Then you can follow the corresponding steps in the SPIKE app:

It is a white light.
Inve follow the follow step and I see my hub to connect but the connection seems to fail and I can't send code the update to the hub and the light stay white

Just making sure:

1. Click on the option for the white light:

2. And then on open

3. Connect:

This may take about 10 seconds to start.

4. Does it now say "updating OS" on the bottom right of your screen? (This can be easy to miss, so just checking)

Which of these steps does not work? Thanks!

I can see all the step except the last one : (I try with the app and with the URL)

Thanks. In that case, here is an alternative. This uses a method that already works for you, since you were able to do it before:

1. Download this file to your computer: firmware-recovery.zip

2. Start a normal installation:

3. Instead of choosing a hub, choose "Advanced" at the bottom:

4. Choose the file you just downloaded. You will now see something like this:

5. Choose next and proceed normally. Do not change the hub name, just leave it as is.

6. Follow the same instructions as in the video.

7. Now it should install the newest SPIKE Prime version right away. So now when you turn the hub on, it will be green instead of white.
