I losed all my projects,, and i go to indexeddb to try recover it,,,, but nothing all gone

I was Coding something for month and when im coding, surprisley all codes gone for no reason
and that not the first time
thats the second time but before i was downloaded a backup
but now for the last 3 days( important days) i didnt made a backup, and all gone

how i can recover it??????
