Help for Block Code / Who knows how it works?

Hello,
I recently bought a lifetime Pybricks license and I am very happy with it 😊
However, I need some help with my first more complex project. Perhaps someone can create the block code for me. Then I can build on it.

This is what the code should do:
The force sensor acts as a switch. When the switch is pressed, two motors should rotate simultaneously by +90°. When the switch is released, both motors should rotate simultaneously by +90° again. This should happen every time the switch is pressed or released.
It is important that the absolute position relative to the starting position is approximately maintained (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°, 360°, 450°...). The positions should be reached as quickly as possible.

I would be very thankful for any help!

There is only one minor flaw. If I press the sensor very slowly (force or displacement), the motor sometimes rotates uncontrollably. A true or false value would probably be better here. I've experimented a bit but haven't managed to get it working yet. Do you think there's a way to do this?
Or if anyone else knows how to do it...

It should be enough to simply change the two thresholds of 3 [Newton] to something different like 9 and 1. Then a force larger than 9 Newton is pressed and less than 1 released.
