Lego Spike doesn't connect anymore after firmware restore

after working with lego, it doesn't connect via either Bluetooth or USB.after the Mindstorms application has requested updates. please tell me what to do

What color is the light on your hub? And can you share a screenshot of what isn't working? There is a know bug in the MINDSTORMS Robot Inventor software where it keeps saying that you need to update the hub even though it is actually already updated. So it kind of sounds like that might be the issue.

OK, that means that you have the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime v3 firmware installed. So you should be able to use the hub with https://spike.legoeducation.com/.

If you want to use the hub with a different software, you will need to change the firmware.
