License key to blocks code not working

Our kids got logged out of our blocks coding and in the past, I've just been able to re-enter our license key. Now when I do it, I get this message:
Loading licence field... Internet connection required.
However we are connected to the internet . . . I can access the pybricks website and other websites. Any ideas?

Sorry about that. Could you please check the expiry date? Otherwise please send us an email at [email protected]. Then we could look up the license to see what might be wrong.

Glad that was it. Yeah, we need to improve the error message though 😄
