Unable to connect to a custom build based on Lego Buggy

Hi, I am using the code below to connect and run a custom build based on Lego Buggy. However I cannot get the lego controller to connect to the hub on the buggy, and neither does the hub or controller have a green light, as specified in the code:

What happens if you remove , timeout=None? Do you get an error message printed in Pybricks Code?

If you are using firmware from beta.pybricks.com, you can try disconnecting from Pybricks Beta and starting the program with the button on the hub and see if it works that way. (You have to download and run the program once from Pybricks Beta, then you can run it again by pressing the button on the hub.)

What operating system are you using?

Mac OS, I set up the Top Gear model with no problem using the same browser, OS and everything.

Hmm... we've had problems with this on macOS in the past but thought it was fixed: #397

Which program did you use for the Top Gear model? It used the same hub and the same remote?

Try removing the name of the remote too.
