Find substitute for discord.py since it won't be maintained anymore #4
Description
One of our required package: discord.py, will not be maintained anymore.

So we might need to find a substitute for it.
Currently I think we can use pycord, which is a maintained fork of discord.py and will be keep maintaining for the moment.
