Error response received after executing ./enter_dev_env.sh
at a platform with Mac M1 while another doesn't.
The following is the response:

[+] Building 0.0s (0/0)
Error response from daemon: image with reference pycontw-pycontw was found but does not match the specified platform: wanted linux/amd64, actual: linux/arm64/v8
