Multiple channels for Labviewh5patcher

LabviewH5Patcher tries to link every dataset in every channel as a main dataset, but obviously fails for situations where e.g. the topography is stored, as the spectroscopic dimensions disagree. Need a flag to add a list of channels for which the patcher should be applied.

The solution for BEline multiple channel dataset does not solve this problem in BEPS- and AC-variation-BE- multiple channels datasets. In addition, loop fitting does not support multiple channels BEPS dataset.

The Loop Fit bug has been addressed in commit 94b3741 . The LabView Patcher still needs to be updated to facilitate correct handling of multiple channel datasets.
