Tool output expansion causes UI lag during streaming and with long outputs

When expanding tool sections:

• During agent streaming: expanding lags the whole UI
• With long tool output: also causes lag

Options to investigate:

1. Fix the rendering performance (virtualization, memoization, etc.)
2. Display tool outputs in a sidebar instead of inline expansion
