`import { env } from 'cloudflare:workers'` doesn't always allow instrumentation

I'm not sure what the scenario is, but sometimes when making DB and KV queries with `env`, where env is from

```ts
import { env } from 'cloudflare:workers'
```

No tracing comes through to logfire.
