Docs refactor (#421)

- New section - "Why Logfire" (marketing section)
- "Get Started" page - (following work with Confederation)
- Minify PNG files to make the docs load heaps faster
- Redirect old URLs to avoid dead links
- Rename files with underscores to hyphens for SEO
