Question

In the example in https://ai.pydantic.dev/tools/#human-in-the-loop-tool-approval,
the final response is: 'I successfully deleted __init__.py and updated README.md, but was not able to delete .env.'

This is just a hallucination right? Becasue I'm sure it didn't actually delete the __init__.py file.

@HamzaFarhan You're totally right, that's my mistake in hard-coding the response (so that the docs examples don't rely on the APIs).

I've submitted a fix.
