Durable execution using hatchet-dev

### Description

Would be awesome if hatchet (https://github.com/hatchet-dev/hatchet) was also supported as a backend for durable execution, especially as it's postgres-first which is becoming more and more aligned with industry wishes for a lot of workloads in AI :)
