This resolves a circular import issue that could be caused by importing certain objects from pydantic-graph (closes #3264).
More generally, pydantic-graph should NOT be depending on pydantic-ai, but it was (accidentally) importing a utility constant from there (
ExceptionGroupwith backport compatibility for Python 3.10).This PR just redeclares
ExceptionGroupin the relevant module of pydantic-graph.
