Docs for 2.12 out of sync: `deep_merge` mentioned in docs, but is missing in the release

Hi,

I noticed in docs for 2.12, that pydantic-settings should support deep_merge param for TomlConfigSettingsSource. However, it looks like the change was only commited to the codebase on Nov 13, while the latest release has been made on Nov 10.

So the param is present in the docs for version 2.12, but is missing in the library release itself. Would it be possible to release a new version with the parameter present? It would be quite convenient to use that ❤️
