Support for Py3 and latest `pydap`

Is it planned to add support for python3 and latest pydap release?

The fork at: https://github.com/jblarsen/pydap.responses.wms seems to have python3 support, but unfortunately is built on top of pydap-3.1 which seems to use the pydap.util which is no longer available in pydap-3.2
