How to load previous saved model?

1) Do I need to have dataset to restore weights for inference ? 

2) does it normalize somehow inside it values (as it takes data statistics from dataset) or I need to do this by my self ?

As it asks for col data and other info from dataset and frame.

Maybe you can share an example for tabtransformer
