Possible Install Issue with Collab Notebook 04

I was working the collab notebooks (which are amazing, thank you for the extra effort in creating them) and the "scaling" notebook gave me some issues related to my install. Just thought it might be nice to give an additional warning within the collab notebook that if there is an error about the sparse partition methods not being available due to lack of METIS support, that the user should go back and redo their installation of torch.sparse from source, ensuring it's built with METIS support.
