Error while running gnn_explainer.py

Firstly thank you for creating and maintaining such a wonderful library!

I am using the latest (e8d5ef1) version using
pip install git+https://github.com/rusty1s/pytorch_geometric.git

When running
python gnn_explainer.py
I get the following error:

The system configuration is as follows:

Python: 3.6.9
CUDA: 10.2
torch: 1.6.0
tensorflow: 2.4.1

Does import tensorflow as tf work for you? Otherwise, I suggest to simply uninstall TensorFlow.

Okay, TensorFlow did work but there was some issue between CUDA and TensorFlow.
Uninstalling TensorFlow makes this work flawlessly.
