Installing Pytorch Geometric 1.7.2

Hi!

How can I install Pytorch Geometric v1.7.2 with anaconda?
I had to create a new environment and my code won't run with PyG v2.0, so I would like to install the previous one.

I'm happy to help you migrating your code to PyG 2.0. Which errors do you encounter?

You can install v1.7.2 via:

conda install pytorch-geometric==1.7.2 -c rusty1s -c conda-forge

Thanks for your quick response! Sorry from bothering you again, but I now get:

RuntimeError: CUDA error: out of memory
CUDA kernel errors might be asynchronously reported at some other API call,so the stacktrace below might be incorrect.
For debugging consider passing CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1.

I passed passing CUDA_LAUNCH_BLOCKING=1. and got:
RuntimeError: CUDA error: out of memory

I get the same even when I set num_workers to 0

(And I do not have this problem on v1.7.2, btw)

Does that happen right away or is memory consumption increasing over epochs until it runs of of memory? Can you share the data with me as well so I am able to run the scripts?

Update. The error persisted even after shutting down the kernel, and killing my jupyter session, but it was solved after booting. So perhaps there were some leftovers in memory somehow...
