Error in learning PyG modules

I installed the following versions:

!pip install torch-cluster -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu102.html
!pip install torch-spline-conv -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu102.html 
!pip install torch-geometric
!pip install pytorch_lightning

When I imported the following modules:

from torch_geometric.data import RandomNodeSampler

I keep getting the following error:

This was working fine till yesterday. I am not sure what went wrong.

Colab just recently switched to using CUDA 11.1. As such, you need to install via:

!pip install torch-scatter -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu111.html
!pip install torch-sparse -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu111.html
!pip install torch-cluster -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu111.html
!pip install torch-spline-conv -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.9.0+cu111.html
