You need to use PyG 2.0 for set_agg_dir.

However, the reason I ask is that I am participating in a Kaggle competition where there is a method called GST (https://github.com/kaidic/GST). This model borrows the environment from GST, but since I have little experience, I have not managed to properly integrate the environment so far.
