Graph Datasets with Single nodes

Can PyG handle datasets that contain graphs with single nodes? In my set, not every graph is a "graph." My initial through is to create a model with an if statement that states if a graph has 1 node that it bypasses the GCN layer and goes to its own CNN, but I don't know how that would work when mini-batching.

If it can handle single nodes, how should I handle things like edge features? Because the other graphs will have more features than a single node "graph."
