Without incorporating any automation, I stuck the following badge in the pyiron_workflow PR that is making the repo compliant with decision 25-001: [![Decision](https://img.shields.io/badge/pyiron-25--001_v2-blue)](https://github.com/pyiron/decisions/blob/main/decisions/25-001-split-api.md)

I don't think we should make badging like this mandatory, but in case anyone other than me wants to gamify their PRs by linking compliant repos to decisions via badges, we should probably decide on a uniform format for the badges 😉

I could see myself adding a badge for supporting all decisions from a given year - or up to a given year, but I am a bit reluctant to add a badge for every decision.
