Widget doesn't play well with dark mode in jupyter

Font colors are not legible.

Reactflow has an in-built dark mode and an option to co-ordinate with the system: https://reactflow.dev/examples/styling/dark-mode (in the drop-down menu on top-right corner).
I think the later functionality (co-ordinated with system) would be nice to have at some point.

I think the issue may be that we can't easily tell from within the widget what theme jupyter applies.
