Flight Ring Doesnt Work On Rejoin.

This is probably something you'd fix last but just letting you know. There is a workaround of throwing it on the ground or picking it up on your inventory and leaving it back down after 1-2s

99% sure this is an issue with the InventoryEffectItem from Rebar not the flight ring itself, as I have the same bug with my test gravity based flight ring implementation as well
