The easiest way to do this is as follows

• Decrease sugarcane capacity of fermenter
• Decrease output of fermenter by like 5x
• Decrease output of biorefinery by like 5x
• Decrease biodiesel usage of all machines by 5x

This will keep biodiesel production ratios the same but means that 5x less plant oil / sugarcane input is needed to power machines for the same period
