Set up doc page

I started a template here in the docs directory.

The docs should contain the info from the readme and an explanation of the arguments to sample and compile_model.
The docs should also be deployed through github pages

Maybe @OriolAbril can help us setting up a template like in PyMc-Marketing and CausalPy :) ? Once this is set up I can help with completing the docs.
