How to downstream changes from Aesara

1. Download the patch of the PR wget https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/aesara-devs/aesara/pull/1285.patch (you can just append .patch to the URL of the PR).
2. Replace strings in the patch, I wrote this little script:

4. Apply the patch: git am --reject -3 1285.patch
5. If there are no errors, great, you're done.
6. If there are errors, it will apply as much as possible but also tell you where the error occurred. It will then create a .reject file. It is probably easiest to go in and change the pytensor code back to match with what the patch assumes and git add the changed file and then git am --continue to continue with the patch.
