Improve plots and notebooks reference classes in customer choice docs

Followup of https://github.com/pymc-labs/pymc-marketing/pull/803

Improve the style of the plots in the notebook of https://github.com/pymc-labs/pymc-marketing/pull/803 to match the ones in the package (arviz grid) and see if there are references to classes to be improved or completed if necessary.
