But seriously:
I am at the other end of an extremely slow internet connection. So there easily is a 1 or 2 hour time span between the first and the last parts arriving on PyPI.
Even if I would write down something somewhere, (1) people wouldn't read it, and (2) around the globe someone always is awake and thinks now is a good to download a new version.
