How to extract image with different smask size?

I have a sample.pdf with two images shown below. But I get two issues/questions when trying to extract these images. Thanks in advance.

• Win10
• PyMuPDF 1.19.3

1. different size between source and mask images

>>> images

mupdf: color and mask pixmaps must be the same size

2. get_image_rects() doesn't work as expected in this case
