Yes. Abbyy or acrobat result exists on pdf.
But I want to replace content in each line.

What about using redaction annotations? You can prevent touching the image above by Page.apply_redactions(images=fitz.PDF_REDACT_IMAGE_NONE).

Yes that also works - just use the bbox of the line for redactions.
