Cannot find image in PDF page where image exist

Please check attached PDF on page 13 out of 25
The top part is an image but page.get_images() / page.get_image_info() does not return any image on this page
I don't get any text for it also
The block types are all zero for this page also (using page.get_text('dict'))

Well, you are wrong:
It is no image, but a (complex) set of drawings.

Any idea how to extract the text from this complex drawings

Or at least know I have this case and do OCR on the full page in these cases
