Over at NumPy, I am seeing that the windows arm64 builds on native github runners are not respecting the [tool.cibuildwheel.windows] section in the pyproject.toml. See this comment for more details. Is that the correct section or should I be using a different section?

That's the right section, I just doubled checked locally and it should be picking that up for you.
