Add a warning before modifying user's files

I'm figuring my way around hatch, migrating from poetry, and despite the swearing, it's going. Despite the lack of reference-style documentation, I'm working through it.

Just now, hatch did something that, to me, is quite close to unforgivable: it modified my .zshrc without asking. Heck, it didn't even inform me of it. All I got was this little notice:

The following directory has been added to your PATH (pending a shell restart):

/home/jaskij/.local/share/hatch/pythons/3.10/python/bin

To me, that is quite low, and if not for reasons beyond my control, I would have gone back to poetry over this.

I'm okay with adding a warning or prompt the first time. However, please understand that this default is what the majority of users desire otherwise it wouldn't be this way.

A question on whether the user wants to allow such changes, the first time they are warranted?

If a user chooses to not allow those edits, still print the install path, but with a message saying something along the lines of "Python 3.x was installed to the path below, please add it to your PATH".

OTOH, adding an interactive element would probably break some unattended installs somewhere.
