Error on installing libraries with 'pip' in Anaconda

I am trying to download some libraries using the pip command on Anaconda Prompt but i am getting an error and hence none of the libraries are being installed. I have attached the photo of the error being faced in the Anaconda Prompt. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks for considering this issue.

My understanding (I'm not an Anaconda user) is that you should not be installing packages into the base Anaconda environment using pip. You should probably either create a new environment, or use the conda command to install packages.

You'd probably get better advice asking in an Anaconda support forum, though.

I would suggest you to install the necessary dependencies on the project location in the system inside virtual env. Use Git Bash for smooth installation!

pip 25.3 should give a more useful error message, beyond that Anaconda should not be including invalid versions in the Python packaging metadata, if they still are you should report it at https://github.com/continuumio/anaconda-issues/issues
