Add MCP classifier

Currently there's no classifiers for MCP servers nor for any LLM wrapper. I've found projects using `Topic :: Scientific/Engineering :: Artificial Intelligence` but I think we could be more specific

I suggest adding a classifier for MCP servers, perhaps `Topic :: Internet :: WWW/HTTP :: MCP:: Server`
