Reason for request
I am one of the IT Admins at Amplitude and the user Bohan Li was offboarded years ago (2022 to be exact) and now my engineers are trying to update the primary email and cannot do so since it was tied to Bohan's account that was never verified (bohan.li@amplitude.com).
I was able to add Bohan's email as an alias to mine so I can indeed receive emails to that address, and I tried to reset password, but observed I had to escalate a ticket instead since the account was never verified.

- I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account
