Cannot manage trusted publishers using elinks

Describe the bug

I am using elinks yo login to pypi.org web interface, but I can't add trusted publishers using it (seems its need some javascript support)

To Reproduce

In the 'Trusted Publisher Management' page, I fill the fields of the Gitlab area with the info about the Gitlab project that I want to add as a trusted publisher, when I submit the form it takes me to: https://pypi.org/manage/account/publishing/#errors, and I get a 404 error.
