can't automate RTD

Note to self:
I failed to create a configuration at readthedocs that will update the online documentation upon each push. The new recommended method to do so is the GitHub app, still in beta, which I managed to install in other repos. Yet, it won't list pyranges_plot as my possible targets, despite my user being a owner

Let's try again later on when GitHub app at RTD is more mature
