Describe the bug

sed: 1: "s|^#EXT-X-STREAM.*x||g; ...": unterminated substitute pattern

Some anime give the above error message or fail to play at all

Steps To Reproduce

ani-cli -e 1 sakamoto days

play episode 1

Expected behavior
Should play episode.

Same issue here, MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2, ani-cli 4.10, iina player
Installed all dependencied in macOS guide section.
Reinstalled the player but didn't help.
Only .mp4 links work, with other links I face the "cannot open file or link" error
